We are really excited to introduce you to Ness Bowden... watch out triathlon world, Ness is coming in hot!  Ness has only been competing in triathlon since 2021, but she trains and races like she has been doing it for years!  Here poise and composure while competing is something we all can learn from.  Jay took a lot of notes during this one to help his racing, hoping you will find something to take away from this conversation as well!
