Waynesburg University Head Coach Ron Headlee joined the show to talk about his wrestling story as an athlete and coach. We catch-up on what the Jackets training was like in the Fall, his growth in the sport of wrestling, how he got involved with coaching, coaching legendary Cary Kolat during his high school days, and turning around the Waynesburg University Program. Headlee was an All-American at Messiah College and was inducted into Southwestern Pennsylvania Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2016. He has he guided the Jackets to their first seven PAC team titles in program history and helped develop 10 All-Americans, including the first NCAA Division III national champion in program history.
