North Central Men's and Women's Head Coach Joe Norton is our featured guest for today. Coach Norton has been a part of the Cardinal Program for 13 years, 4 as a wrestler and 9 as a coach. He took over the Head Coach position in 2014 and has helped bring the Cardinals back into top-ten. North Central is going to be in team trophy contention for the next few years. The Women's wrestling program is also in a strong position nationally after only starting a couple of years ago. We talk about his path to North Central, what it is like to be running two programs, his coaching staff, the state of women's wrestling and becoming an NCAA sport, and much more.
