Trevor Kimenye is the CEO of Ongair, a web based social CRM tool that enables businesses to interact and communicate with their customers on popular Instant messaging platforms from a single dashboard.   This  is a global solution built in Africa. Businesses, regardless of where they are stationed need to communicate with their customers.
