Episode 336 - Chad Henderson, NoDa Brewing (CBC 2021)

Happy Monday, Thieves! Over glasses of Slow Pour Pils, and mugs of Helles, Augie found a new kindred spirit. Chad Henderson of NoDa Brewing in Charlotte, NC joins the show live from Bierstadt Lagerhaus in Denver. It's our second show of the day and the place is jumping with brewers from around the country but from our table on the mainstage, it's all intimate as Henderson, the head brewer and co-owner opens up about awards, hopping, and the creative process and has Mr. Carton swooning, plotting collaborations, and generally excited to be talking about proper brewing.
