Episode 34 - Predictions of the Future In 1983 a movie, based on a novel written by Stephen King, was released starring Christopher Walken, and directed by David Cronenberg. It told the story of an everyday schoolteacher who, after a terrible car accident, fell into a coma. He was moved to a special institute where his mother and father hoped that one day he would recover and wake up. Five years after the accident, he did just that...but he woke up with a very special gift...or a ‘curse’ as he called it. Whenever he touched someone, he could see their past and future. Something as innocent as the shaking of hands, or even a hug would almost instantly cause him to be immersed into a point of time where he could see what had happened, or what was going to happen to that person and their loved ones. That movie was called The Dead Zone, and if you have any interest in the paranormal, then I urge you to watch it.
