On today's show I discuss my leap into Life Coaching.  Recently I have been taking a life coaching certification through JRNI Life Coaching Training.  Each week we are presented with different concepts, theories and strategies to optimize ourself as a coach.  

This weeks instructor was founder of JRNI Life Coaching, Jonathan Kim AKA @theangrytherapist. John discussed the Psuedo Self vs The Solid self. Which for me was a green light to step into my Solid Self and start the next leg of my journey.
