Hello,

On this weeks podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe Hawley. Joe Hawley is a former NFL center, who played for both  the Atlanta Falcons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

 

Joe retired from the NFL in 2018, donated his possessions, bought a van, adopted a dog named Freedom and drove around the country on a journey of self discovery.

 

Joe is currently in the process of writing a book about his experience both on and off the field.  He is also using his new found purpose for public speaking engagements as well as working with former NFL players.

 

Joe and I spoke about the moment he was drafted to the NFL, The Heroes Journey, his plant medicine experience and much more.
