Episode 36 : Settling in to your birth space

This week we’re talking about getting to your birth space if you’re heading to an out of home setting.

We talk about getting comfortable and the things that might be offered to you when you’re there.

We give our tips for how to settle into your space and advise you to listen to your instinct regarding whether to stay close if you aren’t admitted.

We hope to help you know a bit about hat to expect when you arrive and some jobs the birth partner has to do when you get there. Their role in the hospital is a big one!
