Happy Monday, Thieves! We're talking to Matt Moon today who just launched his new project, Another Moon Brewing, a couple of weeks ago. Like many of his peers in the Hudson Valley, Matt specializes in a single style of beer, namely saison packaged in 750ml bottles. Matt talks about why this style is near and dear to his heart and we discuss brewing with fungi foraged from the surrounding environment.
