Happy Monday, Thieves! Our field trip to the Hudson Valley continues this week for the second episode recorded at Industrial Arts in Beacon. Long time friend of the show Evan Watson stops by to talk about life on the farm, beers he's inspired about, and this year's version of the Carton collaboration Planning Jersey.
