Happy Monday, Thieves! Our lobby of the Holiday Inn Miami shows continue with Andrew Godley of Parish Brewing in Louisiana. He shares insights into finding a recipe that connected with local drinkers and helped grow his brewery into a regional powerhouse. New ideas are hatched, black glass beers are enjoyed, and general merriment is had has we somehow manage to get four shows recorded in a row without the rails coming off. We'd like a trophy please.
