Episode 37 - Joey Pepper, Tørst & Luksus

Joey Pepper is a bartender at Tørst in Brooklyn and consults on the beer list at the bar's embedded restaurant, Luksus. He's also an aspiring homebrewer and one of the most knowledgeable dudes about beer that you're likely to ever meet. He tells us about how he got started at Tørst and what homebrew he's been concocting lately. We also discuss his collaborations with Evil Twin and Sante Adairius.
