On this week's podcast I am joined by Matt Tellier, Micah Saccomanno, and Ryan Murphy for a Breathwork ceremony. Matt  is breathwork facilitator, who formally studied under Effiji Breath.  Matt has facilitated ceremonies around the world and currently offers ceremony via Zoom. Micah is the owner of Rise Above Flotation and Ryan Murphy is a Host at Rise Above and is currently floating for 30 Days Straight.  

Matt facilitated the ceremony in the podshed. We recorded pre ceremony and post ceremony.  After the ceremony there was an energetic difference to the room. We all had our own journey through the ceremony, which we discussed in depth.
