On July 1st, 2005, Noel Miller returned home from work to the apartment she shared with her boyfriend, Casey Frederiksen, to find that her daughter, 5 year old Evelyn, was missing. Evelyn’s body was found 5 days later, but what happened to her would not be discovered until nearly 10 years later.
