Eric Garcia is a Father, a Husband, a NYC Fire Fighter and the Author of " The Shadows Share".  Eric was also the High school Class President.  I recently saw some books on Eric's Instagram page and thought to myself that he is on the journey of life.  The Journey toward self awareness.

Eric and I spoke about the writing process, what called him to step into this space of self development.  Eric and I also spoke about what it is like being a fire fighter stepping in to a burning building, being a father and much more.
