Since we've been talking about the scariest spiritual experiences we've ever had we decided to talk today about protection, some of our funniest encounters with spirits + closed practices! Tens cats also make an appearance. 

We touch upon spiritual protection in ancient times such as the evil eye and more and how we can use it today!

Then of course we get up on our soapbox and talk about how to decolonize your spiritual practice and what we have seen being taken from native peoples and other belief systems such as white sage and decolonizing your yoga practice!

White sage is a CLOSED PRACTICE to indigenous peoples and we shouldn't be using it.
