Regardless of when you listen, the day this episode goes live is election day and it isn't just any election day. Today is a day that could go down in history as the first time that the United States of America elect a woman into its highest office in the land. As we know, she isn't the first woman to run for president, but I think what might shock some of us is learning exactly when the first female was nominated to run for President of the United states. On this exact day, 5 years ago, we nervously hit launch on an episode titled "Oh yeah, Martha? You're a freaking witch - The Salem Witch Trials," and our lives were changed forever. We always said that we would continue the podcast as long as it brought us joy, but we certainly didn't know just how much joy it would bring us. For half a decade, this hobby turned job turned passion has brought us across the country in front of thousands of our friends. It was given us opportunities to see and do things that we couldn't have ever even dreamed possible. We're forever grateful to the two nervous ladies who sat in their comfy pants one fall evening and hit record. We're grateful they hit upload and that they continued to show up week after week for themselves and now for you. You guessed it- those ladies were us. Now those ladies are struggling to continue talking in the third person, so to close out, we want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for the most incredibly fulfilling life. Thank you for the encouragement and the support, the grace and the love. Thank you for the friendship with and without interaction. As much as this is an opportunity to celebrate how far we've come, we hope you all will take moment to reflect on your own journey. Celebrate the growth and changes that you've made. Celebrate the parts of you that got you here as much as the parts you put to rest along the way. We're so proud of you. This anniversary is as much for you as it is for us, CHEERS TO 5 YEARS!

If you’ve ever considered making an episode a drinking game, let it be this one. We made it easy by spontaneously going down an astrology wormhole and repeatedly said the word astrocartography. We said it so much that it doesn’t feel like a real word. It also may not be a real word according to the red squiggly line that’s currently under it. Once we finished flirting with our AI spiritual guide, we cracked open a new game called Tell Me Without Telling Me and did our best to try to make cards that were labeled NSFW, SFW.
