In this episode we sit down with one of my good friends and coaches Tyler Miller. Tyler is a tactical strength and conditioning specialist over on Hurlburt field. He is also an accomplished Olympic Weightlifter and has over 10 years of competitive experience in the sport. Today we talk about his early start in sports, his passion and drive to be one of the best strength coaches, as well as how he was able to capitalize and learn faster than his peers by putting extra time when no one was watching. He is an expert in his field and coached me personally when I was preparing for my first Olympic Weightlifting meet back in 2019.
