In August of 2016, The Tromp Family quickly decided to flee their home in Silvan, Victoria making a 9 hour drive to NSW. As members of the family started to return home in unusual circumstances (Stolen Cars, trains from Sydney), the nation was engrossed as to why a seemingly normal farming family were afraid enough to flee the state.
