It is always important to find a win at the end of the day.  For me it puts a nice bow on my day and creates a better energy going into tomorrow.  This past weekend I was struggling to stay present.  I felt energetically out of place and was in need of a win.  

Wether it be quarantine fatigue or the collective energy in Target, I was on edge. And to put the cherry on top my daughter decided to drop an adorable observation as we left empty handed.

In this moment I wanted to fly off the handle, instead I filtered my words through my eyes, my heart and my gut and chose to respond mindfully.

And that was my WIN
