In this episode, I sit down with my friend Heidi Hensley and have a conversation about how we as Kids Ministry leaders should be engaging with the culture. We talk about how kids ministry and family ministry leaders constantly walk the tension of church and culture. How much do we or should we engage with culture as the local church or should we use culture or extra things to attract new kids and families. Heidi and I have an honest conversation about how we are processing this because we are still processing it. There are a number of different views around this topic and ours are just two of them. I think our questions are important and will hopefully invite you to think about them, too!
