This week we're chatting with Travis Kauffman of Brooklyn's Folksbier Brewery, an under-the-radar place in Carroll Gardens making German-influenced ales and lagers. Travis talks to us about his start in the restaurant industry, how he grows hops on his parents farm in Michigan, and his plans for expanding into the New York market.
