Boston's Trillium Brewing is one of the hottest East Coast breweries at the moment, focusing on big, hoppy beers like Fort Point & Upper Case and roasty imperial stouts like PM Dawn. We sat down with Trillium's co-founder JC Tetreault while we were in Boston a couple weeks ago for Beer Advocate's Extreme Beer Festival to talk beer, brewing, and all things Boston.
