This week on the podcast Nate and Liz sit down with powerlifter, coach and friend Ronald Tarvin. We discuss starting out with a big base in sports and how that can be helpful in strength sports like powerlifting, how Ronald found powerlifting, as well ass his coaching philosophy. Ronald also shares his view on finding balance as a personal trainer and coach. We really enjoyed talking with Ronald and can't wait to see him compete alongside Liz at the Showdown meet on September 25-26.
