A recently leaked photo of a page from an alleged top-secret Pentagon report is raising some eyebrows in the UFO community. The document alleges that there has been an observance of what is said to be a hybrid of synthetic and biological intelligence that may or may not be alien. This could very well be part of a synthetic biological experiment using mechanical means and genetic engineering as science. Perhaps this is how they will disclose the alien presence on Earth.
