Welcome back to a special episode, I am joined with one of my very own TeamJP Ladies!

Jess has been a client of mine since June 2020 and in the process she has completely transformed her body, mind but also her health. In 2001 Jess had a liver transplant that completely changed the trajectory of her life and gave her a life!

So much happened before and after this pinnacle point in her life and story which you will hear in this episode.

Living with a chronic health condition comes with its every day challenges and barriers, but Jess does not let her condition get in the way of her health and happiness!

10 months in and just over 10kg down, she has completely changed her life for the better.
