In this episode of the Drop Bag podcast, Kate and Kelly discuss the mentors who have guided them as runners, with a special focus on Kelly's story. Kelly grew up running with her dad and shared lots of time in Zion National Park with family. After Kelly's parents died together in a plane accident in 2019, Kelly revisits 100 miles of Zion with new purpose. It's an emotional story, but one shared to extend understanding and support to runners with difficult journeys.
