"Dr. Dave really helped me get my act together," says co-host Dr. Chad Johnson of today's guest Dr. David Barnes. A mentor of Chad's since dental school, Dr. Barnes helped Chad focus his energy into productive systems and practices. Now retired after a 25-year career in family dentistry in rural Iowa, Dr. Barnes has built mentoring relationships with several dentists and maintains frequent contact with about a dozen young dentists as their mentor, listener, and friend.
