They ask the pitcher about the draft process, what it was like being selected by the Red Sox, and his welcome to the organization. Phillips explains what it was like pitching/winning at Tennessee and gives his thoughts on Boston’s pitching philosophy. He talks about growing up around baseball, becoming a full-time pitcher, and what his walkout song will be. Marcus Phillips gets a chance to introduce himself to Red Sox nation. Jake and Hunter then discuss the week in the minor leagues.
