Homicide detective Randy Patrick, with the Isle of Wight County Sheriff’s Office in Virginia, led the investigation into the murder of Carrie Singer in 2004. It was a case that turned cold, until recently. The Discovery Channel decided to dedicate season three of the true crime series “Killing Fields” to this case.
