This week, we have the privilege of sitting down with Joe Pinto, of Delco Tackle-right here in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. As the spring striper run starts, some anglers don’t realize that we have a solid run that begins right here on the Delaware River. Joe caters to the “river rats”. He stocks all the baits needed to target these stripers as they head up the river for prespawn.
