You probably look at coaches like Georgie and myself and think that we always felt confident in the gym, your find out in this episode that this is not the case and we have had our share of fears and worries about going into that weight section.

But when you can see the situation for what it truly is and can shift your focus from others to whats most important (you) your be able to step into any gym and get shit done. 

Life's to short to be scared of a building with some people and weights in it...
