How To Be Happy

Episode 63: If I Could Have Interviewed Him First

Listen Later

In this week's episode of the show Declan gets raw, open, honest and vulnerable about the loss of his close friend to suicide a couple of months ago.

He opens up about how he has handled the news and about how he felt visiting his friend's grave midway through running a 10 city and 16 day long Finding Emotional Freedom tour.

He also highlights the 3 different and equally valuable approaches to looking after your mental and emotional wellbeing.

WARNING: This episode contains sensitive material and may be a trigger for people who have been affected by suicide.

This episode is intended to be a message of hope and a rallying call for us to all do more about our own mental and emotional wellbeing as well as that of our loved ones.
