This week Liz and Nate discuss how we can begin to redefine self care. Self care should be more than just a bubble bath on the weekends, or a night out on the town with friends. It needs to be a daily effort to take care of yourself both mentally and physically. Sporadic self care is nothing more than a band aid to the root issue. Instead of that we encourage you to dig deeper, find that root issue and then take daily, disciplined steps to fix the issue and take care of yourself everyday- not just on self care Sundays.
