In this solo episode, I take a deeper look into one of the topics I’m most often asked about: boundaries. I share my favorite analogy for understanding what a boundary really is, and why they’re not about pushing people away but about making closeness safe. I talk about why boundaries can feel so uncomfortable to set, what happens when we don’t have them, and why we’re not responsible for how others react when we hold our limits. I also offer 5 key ways to begin setting healthy boundaries in everyday life, and reflect on how strong boundaries can actually deepen connection rather than prevent it.
