Chris Jaeger has spent a Military and Law Enforcement career rife with Suffering.  It took him a long time to realize that Its OK to not be OK.  Through many difficulties, Chris has chosen a path that is best for his mental Health.  In this episode there is a lot a great and useful nuggets of information that could end up saving a life of someone who feels that they have no way out and have painted themselves into a corner.  Chris now spends his time as an advocate to seek the help that is desperately needed so that no one feels the loneliness of thinking that they are all alone.
