Francesca Lillo is an 18-year-old student whose strength and determination has shaped her into a resilient young woman. A graduate of Saint Dominic Academy, Francesca is currently enrolled at Brookdale Community College, where she continues to excel academically while preparing to transfer to Rutgers University as an undergraduate student. Her journey has been far from easy, but her courage and drive have guided her through each challenge. Growing up in a toxic household and facing the effects of alcoholism, Francesca has learned the importance of perseverance and emotional strength, emerging as someone who refuses to let her circumstances define her future.

Despite the difficulties she has faced, Francesca has remained outgoing, brave, and compassionate, using her experiences to build empathy for others. She endured years without her father present in her life but has continued to move forward with optimism and maturity. Inspired by her own life experiences, Francesca plans to study forensic psychology, a field that combines her passion for understanding the human mind with her desire to help others heal and seek justice. Her story is one of resilience, self-discovery, and hope; a reminder that even through hardship, strength and ambition can lead to a powerful future.

Ian Jones is a former chemical engineer turned writer, creator, and storyteller exploring how science, psychology, and personal transformation intersect. For two decades, he worked in major accident prevention and incident investigation. Those experiences taught him how systems fail, how to handle vulnerability honestly, and how truth emerges under pressure.

After stepping away from engineering to raise his twin daughters, Ian began refocusing his life and sense of purpose. Kate and Eric are BACK!

Kate Califano, an entrepreneur, founded Seminar Stack with the support of her husband, Pennsylvania State Trooper Eric Smith, to equip first responders and civilians with essential safety and resilience skills. Eric’s dedication stems from his recovery after a near-fatal on-duty crash in 2020, during which he discovered the Adopt A Cop BJJ program. Training together, Kate and Eric saw the immense benefits of BJJ for fitness, mental resilience, and law enforcement.

Motivated by BJJ’s transformative power, they launched Seminar Stack to provide real-world training in gun retention, use of force, trauma response, and de-escalation, alongside practical BJJ instruction. The event goes beyond workshops, featuring keynote speakers, expert-led seminars, and hands-on demonstrations that equip attendees with actionable skills. It also fosters community connections through networking, vendor spaces, and fundraising. Their mission is to enhance officer safety, build trust between first responders and the public, and create a safer, more prepared society.

Mike Marino – affectionately known to millions of his fans worldwide as New Jersey’s Bad Boy – might as well be the element Carbon with his versatility.
