Hey y'all and happy Monday! We're coming at your with a brand new episode with one of our Jersey City neighbors, Departed Soles. It's the project of Brian Kulbacki who left his family's funeral home business last year to open the brewery just steps away from our Barcade Jersey City homebase. We talked to Brian about his beers and why he chose to make an extra special gluten free one.
