Happy Labor Day, everybody! We have a brand new episode with our pal Joe Watts who's now brewing at Folksbier in Brooklyn. Before that Joe worked at some cool breweries up in Maine like Maine Beer Co. and Bunker. He tells us about his history of brewery jobs and why he's now happy to be back in Brooklyn.
