The Lacrosse Matrix Podcast is back for episode #74 with the San Diego Seals’ Rob Hellyer. Hellyer has been an elite playmaker in the National Lacrosse League for more than a dozen years. But he’s not just great at finding his teammates; he’s proven to be a solid goalscorer, too.

In his season and team debut with the Seals, Hellyer wonderfully showcased his passing and scoring abilities. Was his three goal and three assist outing an example of what we can expect from him this season? It helped the Seals start out their season at 1-0 in Week One vs. Philadelphia Wings. We’ll have to wait and find out what he does going forward.
