++ episode 78: holistic healing, visualization, sound bathing benefits, finding soul purpose + entrepreneurship in the wellness space feat Pua Hall

I've been seeing Pua healing through her sound bath classes at all of LA's hot spots [Remedy Place, Equinox, etc] and had to get her on the podcast! I wanted to hear her story and pick her brain on sound bath benefits as I have been wanting to share more ways of holistic healing with my audience, friends, circle etc! We had such a fun, light hearted and spiritual conversation laughing the whole time. Pua's energy is beautiful and you immediately want to be her best friend! Pua shares how she broke her back through competing in gymnastics her whole life [all the way to UCLA!] and went the holistic route of healing through visualization. She then intuitively went into practicing sound bath healing to help others! Pua is an entrepreneur through and through and the sky's the limit with her! She shares her future plans of opening a sanctuary and how she plans to get there through connections, building, practice, expanding and of course visualization ;)

We also chat eye gazing, mental health, getting to know yourself again after life changes, finding life purpose and manifesting soulmates.
