It's about time. Reporters are finally asking questions of politicians that will, at other times, get their access revoked. But in the era of Trump, access journalism with softball questions was not enough. Trump wanted media that would serve his propaganda needs. And so, in a twisted way, Trump has been good for actual journalism.

Finally, a new exclusive from Politico was dropped this morning about Trump surrogates handing out cash envelopes to Black communities in order to woo the Black vote. This has serious implications in terms of campaign finance, but also, it's going to be hella effective.
