Join us to chat with Adam, a birth partner who got in touch with us and wanted to share his story!
When pregnant with their first baby, Adam’s wife decided that hypnobirthing was going to be part of their birth preparation.
Adam found it very useful and played a really active role in preparing for the big day and the day itself. There were nerves at times but he knew how important his role was and he threw himself into it.
