I honestly don’t even know where to start with this guy. His story reads like the plot of some crazy horror movie with details so intense, you just don’t think there is any way they are actually real. He terrorized the northeast coast of the US in the late 1800s/early 1900s, and while it did appear he had a preference in his victim type, he certainly didn’t discriminate and his range of victims and crimes during his life was all over the map. Buckle up because Albert sucks.
