We’re a property developer acting as a Main Contractor on projects. During a recent project, we experienced programme issues relating to the design team and suffered delays that extended the overall programme.

We then asked Jason a series of questions from the perspective of the Developer to understand how they may recoup any costs associated with the delay, how they would need to prove where the responsibility lied, and how to guard against issues like this occurring.
