This episode explores the metaphysical structural mechanics beneath spiritual experience.
Spiritual experiences are real, meaningful, and often life‑changing. Moments of unity, transcendence, guidance, love, expanded awareness, or connection beyond the physical self are reported across cultures and traditions. Meditation, prayer, mystical states, intuitive knowing, and profound presence all point to something fundamental about the nature of reality and consciousness.
This episode is not about questioning those experiences. Instead, it asks a different question:
What must reality be structured like, for these experiences to be possible at all?
This is where metaphysics comes in — not as belief, mythology, or symbolism, but as structure.
In this episode, I explain what I mean by structural mechanics, and how a coherent metaphysics framework can sit beneath spiritual experience, supporting it rather than replacing it. This approach is complementary to experiential spirituality, and is designed to bridge spirituality and science, without dismissing either.
