This episode is about how consciousness becomes “me” — how the soul’s consciousness, condensed into the body, operates through the ego, to experience life as a distinct human identity. Human identity is not who we truly are — it is how our soul functions in daily life. To operate in a physical life, localised awareness requires a stabilising structure, the ego, which is the human identity. The ego provides the interface through which consciousness can perceive, act, and learn in time, space, and relationships.
In this episode, we explore how the ego forms, develops in early life, and how the soul remains the stable observer, while the ego experiences the physical world, with the biofield supporting coherent functioning of this process.
