Today we welcome John Lapolla of Brooklyn's Bitter & Esters homebrew shop. (It's surprisingly the only full-fledged homebrew shop in a city of 8.5 million people!) We chat with John about how he got into the homebrewing business in the first place and why he decided to open a homebrew shop instead of a brewery.
