Episode 92: Asher Dezsery – Executive Officer RecFish SA

This week we are joined by RecFish SA’s executive officer, Asher Dezsery. Asher was able to provide some great insights and update us on heaps of the big issues in SA fishing, including:

·      The proposed buy back of snapper longline licenses from the commercial sector.

·      A wrap up from the kids clinic and Opera House exchange day at Happy Valley.

·      An update on the proposed Port Mac Wind Farm.

·      What can be done about the planned closure of West Beach boat ramp over summer.

·      Some ongoing improvements at Wirrina.
